An initial 30 minutes consultation is available FREE of charge. This will provide you with the opportunity to tell us about the problem/s you are experiencing and how these are affecting you, as well as finding out more about how we can help you make the changes you want. We will also advise you of the number of sessions that may be required.

 

Further sessions will last about 60 minutes and will be tailored to you and what is required to help you meet your desired outcome in the shortest possible time.

 

Sessions cost £50 and can be paid at each session by cash, debit or credit card.

 

Courses of 6 sessions (if required) paid in advance will receive a discount; your therapist will advise you of this at your first meeting.

 

If you need to cancel a session we request 24 hours notice. If you have prepaid we won’t issue a refund but we will reschedule wherever possible.

 

Missed appointments, or less than 24 hours notice will be charged at full price.
